Refund Policy

At Torres Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services and customized fitness programming. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services.

Training Sessions (In-Person & Online)

  • All personal training sessions are non-refundable once completed.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be charged in full.

Training Packages

​

  • Training packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

  • Packages may include an expiration date, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  • Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

Online Training & Custom Programs

​

  • Due to the personalized nature of online training and custom workout programs, all sales are final once the program has been delivered.

  • No refunds will be issued after a custom plan, training schedule, or online program has been created and sent to the client.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, such as medical issues, at the sole discretion of Torres Fitness. Documentation may be required.

Payments

​

  • All payments are processed securely.

  • Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing fees charged by third-party platforms (including Venmo or other payment processors) are non-refundable.
